A wonderful realtor - My wife and I are so thankful that we had Chaundra guiding us through the home buying process during such a tumultuous time in the housing market while also helping us prepare to sell our previous home as soon as we found a house to buy. My home sale was a difficult one, with the Septic System at my property needing to be repaired. Chaundra kept the buyer and his agent in the process and kept the sale moving forward. She is an expert negotiator and worked with the strengths and weaknesses of the other agent to get the best for me as her client. Chaundra's response time to my inquiries was always great. I never had to worry about not getting a timely response to a question, or getting the answers I needed when she did respond. Chaundra offered superior suggestions to better promote my house, from professional photography to staging ideas to professional cleaning.
